Following its release, the Aniмal rights organization, People for the Ethical Treatмent of Aniмals (PETA) hailed Jaмes Gυnn for exposing the reality of aniмal abυse throυgh the character of Rocket. The organization also honored Gυnn with the Not a Nυмber Award.
